Waaxaa Foundation is seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Officer to strengthen strategic relationships and drive collaborations that support the Foundation’s healthcare and social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Raise Funds
Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with corporate bodies, NGOs, government agencies, and donors
Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and stakeholders
Support fundraising, sponsorship, and resource-mobilization initiatives
Draft partnership proposals, MOUs, and collaboration agreements
Represent the Foundation at meetings, events, and partnership engagements
Monitor and report on partnership activities and outcomes
Work closely with internal teams to align partnerships with organizational goals

Eligibility:

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or related roles
Experience working in the health or healthcare sector is an added advantage
Proven experience managing external stakeholders and strategic partnerships
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Excellent proposal writing and presentation abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational skills
